All cranes and hoists are load tested through the full range of motion per CMAA, HMI, ANSI and OSHA guidelines. In addition, testing must happen prior to initial use or after major repairs or modifications. Therefore, HSC offers this service with certified test weights or test loads provided by the customer.
We have certified test weights for up to 60 tons, but offer load testing services to 200 tons per application.
HSC offers load testing for a variety of equipment and every load test includes a test certificate.
