BRIDGE CRANES

Bridge cranes are as simple as a push/pull crane that is manually pulled along a runway or sophisticated enough for one employee to run a whole warehouse using a remote control. Therefore, HSC designs and fabricates bridge cranes to accommodate all kinds of materials needing to be lifted, from the smallest coil of wire to the heaviest generator turbines.

BRIDGE CRANE TYPES

TOP RUNNING BRIDGE CRANES

Top Running Bridge Crane systems are beneficial in any application where heavy products need to be moved from one station to another. In addition, they are helpful when materials are manipulated for different phases of the production process. We design and fabricate Top Running Bridge Crane systems in spans from 15 feet to 100 feet.

UNDER RUNNING BRIDGE CRANES

An Under Running Bridge Crane system uses an interlocking rail between two cranes where the product needs to be moved from one building bay to another. Our company designs and fabricates Under Running Bridge Crane systems in spans from 15 feet to 60 feet.

GANTRY CRANES

Gantry Crane systems are fabricated in spans from 15 feet to 60 feet. Therefore, we design and fabricate these cranes in both single girder and double girder configurations. These cranes run on a floor mounted or imbedded track so there is not a full structure blocking the production floor.

WORK STATION BRIDGE CRANES

This system is used in a single work bay. As a result, this keeps the larger cranes in the building from being tied up by small part work. Work Station Bridge Crane systems are  fabricated in spans from 10 feet to 40 feet. In conclusion, these systems can be either floor or ceiling supported, and can have multiple bridges on the same runway.
