QUALITY ASSURANCE PROGRAM

HSC strictly adheres to design and construction standards for all of the products we manufacture. The following is a list of codes we must follow:

• Steel construction standards: AISC DG01, DG04, DG07,DG09, DG16
• ASME B30.2 for Overhead Cranes and Gantries, B30.11 for Monorails and under running bridge cranes. Lastly, b30.16 for underhung hoists
• CMAA 70 for Double Girder Bridge Cranes and Gantries, CMAA 74 for Single Girder bridge cranes, CMAA 78 for Professional services
• ANSI MH27.1 for Underhung Cranes and Patented track

All products HSC manufactures are 100% inspected for welding and quality control

We NDT inspect load bearing welds and 10% of all other welds for full penetration with 0 defects.
